He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy MacKinnon and Elizabeth MacKinnon (Coombs); and his wife Sharon MacKinnon (Poole). He is survived by: his children, Daniel MacKinnon (Sharon), Tim MacKinnon (Carol), Tamara Nickerson (Kevin) and Leonard MacKinnon (Sam); his grandchild Tracy; and his sisters, Leta Mildrum, Theresa Bryden and Suzie Walsh.
