With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Jerome Burke (New Waterford, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 2, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Brian; his siblings-in-law, Mike, Don MacMillan and Betty MacMillan; and his friend Marshall Poirier.
He is survived by: his wife Sita (MacMillan); his daughters, Tammy MacLean (Joseph), Sydney, Terry Gillis (Brad), Tracy MacNeil (Daryl) and Tanya McSween (Craig); his great grandchildren, Lily, Lucy, Louis and Lola Davis; his sisters, Sandra Pearson (Tom), Debbie McIntyre (Bill), Wendy Gillis (Gerard) and Michelle Crowe; and his sister-in-law Lillian "Mud" MacMillan (MacMillan) of Moncton, NB. He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
