She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph 'Skag' and Annie Mae DeGiobbi (MacLean). She is survived by: her siblings, Pauline MacKenzie (Murray) and Ralph (Andrea); her cousin Jo-Anne MacLean; and her nieces and nephews, Debora (Marc), Cindy (Barry), Ralphalyn (Keith), Charlotte, Glenard, Raphael (Gail), Ian (Brittney) and Andrew (Kay).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Edith's memory can be made to the SPCA or the cancer unit at Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
