She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Poirier and Christine Poirier (Roach); her husband Joe; her sisters, Janet Kyle, Anna Burke, Julia Boudreau, Effie MacEachern and Hilda MacKinnon; her stepsisters, Katie Gallant, May MacIntyre, Elizabeth Poirier and Lucie Pottie; her brothers, Eddie, Wilfred, Edger and Ernest; and her stepbrother William.
She is survived by: her daughters, Annette Lamey (Paul) and Elaine MacLeod (Steve); her grandchildren, Katie (Joel), Sydney and Stephen (Deborah); her great grandchild Sophie; her siblings-in-law, Yvonne Poirier and Gordon Kyle; and her goddaughters, Joan Chaisson-MacDonald, Rose Marie Phinney and Michelle Poirier Myers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
