With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Cora Young (New Ross, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 4, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon; her son Bill; and her siblings, Roy of New Ross, Clyde of New Ross, Fred (Marion) of New Ross, Orrin (Doris) of New Ross, Ivan of New Ross and Frances Collicutt (Jim).
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Creaser (Gary) of Timberlea and Jackie Sheffield (Leslie) of White Rock; her grandchildren, Joel Sheffield (Kim), Nicholas Creaser (Erin), Matthew Creaser (Stephanie) and Jennilee Creaser; her great grandchildren, Colin, Evan, Ailey, Dylan, Noah, Levi, Oliver, Quentin and Gennelle; and her sister-in-law Faye Lenihan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to the White Rock Community Association or the IWK.
