She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Tim"; her daughter Angie Veinott (Don); her siblings, Alva Pye (Bev), Kingston, Emery Pye (Janet), Glen Pye (Janice), Blake Pye, Brian Pye, Janet Mason (Leslie), Indian Path, Nancy Robinson of Sudbury, ON, Ola Melanson (Tim) of Estevan, SK and Susan Leopold; her grandchildren, Makayla, Shyla, Jake, Nicholas and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Timothy and Aurora.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia.
