He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Gerald Ferguson of Chilliwack, B. C.; his sons, Tyler of Surrey, B. C. and Travis of Vancouver, B. C.; his siblings, Doug (Judy) of Waterville, N. S., Robert (Jo-Ann) of Wolfville, N. S., Debbie of Chilliwack, B. C. and Marilyn of Surrey, B. C.; his significant other Holly of Winnipeg; his wife Dyan; and his mother Joyce.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the SPCA in honour of his love of cats.
