It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel Joyce Shaw of New Minas, Nova Scotia, born in Canning, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 31, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Spicer and Clara Spicer (Webster); her husband Vincent; her son Tim; her children-in-law, Errol Daley and Bonnie Anderson; and her siblings, Frank, Fred Spicer, Ruth Jordan, Leone Taylor and Erma Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Vince Shaw, Wanda Tupper (Barry), Paula Daley and Pamela Bennett (Paul); and her grandchildren, Vincent III, Paula II, Becky, Mark, Jody, Alicia, Colin, Logan, Katrina, Adam, Andrew and Jessica. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews.
