She was predeceased by: her husband Donald King McGrath; her parents, William Henderson Dew and Sadie Horton Dew; and her siblings, Arthur, Arnold, Emerson, Lloyd, Dorothy, Ruth and Edith.

She is survived by: her son Shaun (New Minas).
