She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell and Lois (Huntley); her former husband Hubert Gammon; her husband Albert Veinot; her stepson Troy Veinot; her brothers, Garnet MacDonald and Waldren "Fred" MacDonald; and her stepgrandson Nathan Tupper.

She is survived by: her children, Russell Gammon (Mary) and Kathy Gammon (Mike Tupper); her stepson Duane Veinot (Natasha); her grandchildren, Nathan Gammon (Paige), Colton, Dylan Tupper, Megan, Tayler and Kinzee Veinot; her close friend Calvin Weatherbee; and her nephews, Reg and Jamie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scott's Bay Cemetery.
