With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Laurie Douglas Wilson of New Minas, Nova Scotia, born in Windsor, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wilson and Eileen Wilson (Mosher); and his granddaughter Enya Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Wilson (Lindsay Awalt), Cape Breton, Adrian "A. J." Wilson (Natasha Lane) and Tabitha "Tabby" Wilson (Gary Lenihan); the mother of his children Michelle "Shelly" Wilson (Maillet); his brothers, Fred of Hantsport, Peter Wilson of Hantsport and Gordon "Bub" Wilson of Grand Prairie, AB; and his granddaughter Brooklyn Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
