He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ford and Mildred Ford (Woodside); his brothers, Arnold and Albert; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Mamay and Bill Brocklebank.
He is survived by: his common-law partner Terry; his children, Lori Nauss (Darren Whynott) of Italy Cross, Darren Ford of Italy Cross, Rod Estensen of Cochrane, AB, Melissa Rogers (Mike Frenette) and Jill Sarty (Alec); his grandchildren, Madison, Dawson, Ethan, Kelsey, Karmin, Lindsay and Nova; his great grandchildren, Noah, Jax and Grace; and his sisters, June Gallant (Ernie) of Summerside, Betty Thompson of Summerside, Mary Mamay, New Minas and Helen Brocklebank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family.
Dad would never want people to think they had to donate money to keep his memory alive but if anyone wishes to do so, please give to a place that has a special meaning to you.
