He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Arthur Sr. and Ethel Winnifred Bardell (Redfearn); and his siblings, George Bardell and June Forsythe. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Cheryl Usher (Bill) of New Minas and Brent Bardell (Leah) of Coldbrook; his sister Alice Bryden of Halifax; and his grandchildren, Brenna Edgar (Josh), Jana Bardell and Aaron Bardell.
