He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa O'Hara; and his siblings, Patricia O'Hara and Glen O'Hara. He is survived by: his father Lester O'Hara; and his daughters, Michelle Bailey (Mike), Melissa Bailey-O'Hara (James) and Jennifer Bailey (Shawn). He is also survived by Nieces, nephew, cousins and other extended family.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the North End Recreation Centre (534 High St, New Glasgow, NS B2H2X7).
