She is survived by: her husband William A "Bill" Higgins; her children, William Joseph Higgins, Lori Michelle Higgins and Terry Wade Higgins (Jamie Best); her grandchildren, Brandon, Britney and Braeden; her great grandchildren, Lily, Axel and Anthony; her niece Wina Livingstone; and her siblings, Beverly (Clarence Boudreau), Sherry (Calvin Williams) and Gregory Langille.
