She was predeceased by: her parents, Harding Harry and Mary Lucy DeMont (Benoit); her former husband Walter Treen; her husband Charles Forward; her son John; her grandchildren, Marilyn, Kimberly and Jason; her son-in-law Royce Hull; and her siblings, Irene Meikle, Helen LeBlanc, Harry and Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Julia Treen, Dianne Hull, Dowling, Ont, Vicki Treen (Steve), Mississauga, Florence (Terry) and Harvey Treen (Sue) of Surrey, B. C.; her daughter-in-law Diane Treen; her sister-in-law Jean DeMont; her niece Vivian; and also, Royce, Angela, Peter, Paul, Mark, Jamie, Jeremy, Crystal, Jason, Matthew and Erik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
