He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrikus Bouman and Antonia Bouman (Brand); and his siblings, Corry Mollenhauer and Hank Bouman. He is survived by: his wife Viola "Julie" Bouman; his children, Denise (Bouman) Sponagle (Gary Campbell) and Shane Bouman of Lellan's Brook; his grandchildren, Samantha Sponagle (Brandon Clark), Amanda Sponagle (Colin Davidson), Alesha Deschamps (Matthew), Justine Bouman, Megan Baine and N. B.; his great grandchildren, Tristen, Cohen, Jayde, Brooklyn, Isabelle, Aveline and Eve; his sister Rea Millest (Jim); his sister-in-law Freda Bouman; and his cousin David Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
