Stanley Hodder Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stanley Hodder (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 2, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hodder and Laura Wilhelmina Hodder (Lewis); his wife Margaret Patricia MacKay; his son Edward Murray; and his siblings, Alberta, Thelma, Marilyn, Carolyn and Roy.

He is survived by: his children, Jane Anne MacKinnon (Howard), Mark Hodder (Christy Tuttle) and Owen Hodder (Leslie Stead); his daughter-in-law Jo-Anne Hodder (Larocque); his daughter Brenda McKinnon Earl (Steven); his grandchildren, Amy Day (Steve), Ashley Quist (Chad), Alec MacKinnon (Tyria Chapman), Laura MacKinnon, Gregory Hodder (Vianna), Clara Smith (Caleb), Elsa Allred (Caleb), Emily, Rebecca, Luke, Julia, Vivian Hodder, Renee Rassmussen, Monica White, Curtis Earl, Chelece Wood, Melissa Jacobson and Natalie Belnap; and his siblings, Ethel Penney, Hazel Ross, Vera Keifer, Diane Atchison and Kenneth. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.

Funeral will be by invitation only, due to Covid restrictions.
