With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra MacMillan (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), who passed away on July 7, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bruce Cameron and Alice Cameron; her former life partner Jack Walsh; her children, Valerie Walsh and William "Billy" Walsh; her husband Edward MacMillan; her daughters, Karla MacMillan and Kenda Park; her brothers, George Cameron, Duncan Cameron and Art Cameron; her siblings-in-law, Hugh MacMillan, Kevin Ranger, Ray Gablonski, Jim MacMillan, John MacMillan (Edith), Sarah and Mary MacMillan; and her parents-in-law, Ronald, Mary Walsh, Anthony and Winnie MacMillan.

She is survived by : her children, Ronald Walsh Trenton (Margie), Sharon Maclean (Mike MacDonald), Mary Pearl Walsh (Lewis Pitts), Joanne Walsh, Kim Earle and Karen Harris (Doug); her siblings, Helen Roper (Donnie Murray), Priscilla Phalen (Diddi) and Walter Cameron (Hillside); and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Gablonski, Anita Greencorn, Guysborough, Becky MacMillan, Paul MacMillan (Rita), Ronald MacMillan (Marlyn) and Francis MacMillan (Shirley). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 2 great, great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the R. H. Porter Funeral Home (55 Almont Ave, New Glasgow, NS B2H3G5). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the R. H. Porter Funeral Home Chapel, New Glasgow.

Donations in her memory may be made to Christ the King Cemetery, the SPCA or a charity of choice.
