It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rodney Gene MacFarlane (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), born in Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 1, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgett and Pauline Beatrice MacFarlane (LeBlanc); and his sister Tanya Steeves. He is survived by: his wife Ellana "Lana" MacFarlane; his sons, Dale MacFarlane, Milton and Ont; his siblings, Peggy Kearns and Wayne MacFarlane (Nancy) of Charlottetown, P. E. I.; his aunt Sandra MacFarlane; and his uncle Bunny LeBlanc. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many cousins.

Donations may be made in Buster's memory to the Pictou County SPCA.
