She was predeceased by: her parents, Konstadinos Papagiannokas and Canella Papagiannokas (Savvouras); her husband Demetre "Jim" Kouyas; her grandson George Stavropoulos Bonvie; her siblings, Georgia Mazarakes, Eugenigia Graphos, Kalliopi Panopalis, Nikos and Christos Papagiannokas; and her brothers-in-law, Nikos Mazarakes, George Graphos and John Panopalis.
She is survived by: her children, Spyros Kouyas (Jenny Fraser), Riverton, Angela Bonvie (Doug) and Melville; her granddaughter Zoe MacInnis (Blaine); her children, Demetre Bonvie (Katie) of Stratford, P. E. I. and Nikos Bonvie; her great grandchild Charlotte MacInnis; her brother Peter Pappas (Fevronia); and her sisters-in-law, Eleni Papagiannokas, Matina Panopalis and Que. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
