She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Ivor MacDonald and Mary Margaret MacDonald (Kontuk); and her son Captain D. Matthew Walsh. She is survived by: her son Nathan Walsh (Lori-anne); her grandchildren, Hunter, Cohen, Brady, Airdrie and Alta; her siblings, Susan Chickness (Terry) and Ron MacDonald (Mary Jean Campbell); her nephew Darryl Chickness (Melody); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica, Devon, Caitlyn and Hammond Plains. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

If desired, donations may be made in memory of Mary Enid to Hope for Wildlife.
