She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Darlene Halfpenny and Mike Halfpenny; her siblings, Sheena (Andrew MacDougall) and Daniel; her children, Leyara and Jasper; her former wife Evelyn Dillman; her aunts and uncles, Susie (Hughie Chisholm), Elaine (Gary MacMaster), Marilyn (Peter Conrad), Carol (Rod White), Donnie Layes, Blair Halfpenny (Charlene) and Paul Halfpenny (Julie); and her grandparents, Ethel, Bernie Layes, Loyola, Doug Halfpenny and Marianne Lanneval Matthieu.
