She was predeceased by: her parents, Axel J. Jensen and K. Jean Robertson (Jensen); her husband Darrell Carl Brander; her brother Gordon Jensen; and her siblings-in-law, Dianna Jensen, Michael Hollis and Eleanor Fillmore.

She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Karen Brander (Miles Whittingham) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Avery and Eden; her son Stephen Darrell Brander of Moncton; her grandchildren, Ethan, Sophie and Phoebe; her siblings, David Jensen (Karen) of St. Catharines and Nancy Hollis of Westville; and her pet Willow. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
