He was predeceased by: his parent Donald A. "Red"; and his stepson Wally. He is survived by: his parent Muriel "Molly" Beaton (Romkey); his wife Marjorie Louise DeYoung (Leil); his children, Kelly Snow (Bill) of British Columbia, Keri White (Chris) of British Columbia, Jaime Nickerson of British Columbia and Donald M. Beaton (Vicki) of British Columbia; his stepchildren, Paula Fitzpatrick of Ontario and Blaine DeYoung (Mindy); his siblings, Linda Hartlen (David), East Lawrencetown, Catherine "Kaye" Larwill (Edward) of British Columbia, Donald F. Beaton (Betty) and Dutch Settlement; and also Debbie Frank.
