It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Marie Lockhart (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 18, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Edward and Edith Cavell Kay (Taylor); and her siblings, Betty Fraser, Allan Kay and Michael Clarke.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her children, Jay Lockhart (Gayle Cook), Tara Russell (Chris) and Todd Lockhart; her grandchildren, Baylea Miller (Brandon Gillespie), Liam Russell and Hannah Russell; and her siblings, Alice Richards (Len), John Kay (Marion) and Peter Kay (Gail).
