With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward Rector (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 2, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Rector and Mary Rector; his daughter Glenda; and his siblings, Hibbert, King, Angus and Mary Brewer.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred (Silver); his son Edward (Tammy Titus); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Steven, Belinda and Crystal; his great grandchildren, Chase, Tyler, Madeline and Blaire; his stepgranddaughters, Kaylee and Madeline Wagner; and his siblings, John Rector (Diane), Florence MacAulay, Laura Fraser and Barb Beaton (Bob).
Donations in his memory may be made to the Pictou County SPCA.
