We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2022, Jackie Tobin (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jackie Tobin to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Douglas and Gertrude Elizabeth Covey (Benson); her husband Bruce Thomas George Tobin; and her sister Jean Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Sheila), Darren (Terri), Owen Sound, Ont, Kelly Tobin, Christopher "Chris" (Denise) and Churchville; her grandchildren, Jana, Tyler, Mitchell (Meghan), Joel (Samantha), Danielle and Craig (Chimonay); and her great grandchildren, Brady, Brandon, Chelsea, Jacob, Caleb, Ainsley, Evelyn, Rosaleen and Finnian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Jackie to any charity of choice.

“So sorry to hear of Jackie's passing yesterday. Bruce & Jackie visited us in Corbeil, Ontario (near North Bay) some years ago & we visited them on our way to Whale Cove even more years ago. My deceased parents (Audrey -nee Linton, who was a second cousin of Bruce) & Glen Morris also had lovely visits. For some reason I was thinking of Bruce and Jackie today and google searched them, discovering Bruce died in 2019 and Jackie yesterday. Such lovely people. With much love from Kim and Dave Miles”
