He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lloyd and Helen Aleen Forbes (Enman). He is survived by: his wife Ann; his son Devin Forbes (Shauna); his stepsons, Darren Wile and Greg Wile (Melissa); and his brothers, Lloyd Forbes (Nancy) and Bill.
