She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frederick and Margaret Jane Falconer (Fisher); her children, Ashley Jane Bugden and James Robert (Bugden); and her close friend Brian MacLane.

She is survived by: her sisters, Margie MacDonald, New Glasgow and Patsy Falconer; her niece Deanne Falconer; her nephew Jesiah MacDonald; and her grandson Jace Bugden.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the North End Recreation Centre (534 High St, New Glasgow, NS B2H2X7).

“I met Freda last August when I started working at Michelin. Over the past 8 months I worked side by side with her. As she taught me the "Michelin way" of doing things. We shared some laughs and supported each other through the passing of her son and shortly after the passing of my mother. The time I spent with her was short in comparison to many here at Michelin but I treasure that time and will remember it and her forever. She will very much be missed. My condolences to her family. -Travis”
