It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Vacheresse (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 29, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine Vacheresse to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abbott Johnson and Sarah Jane Johnson (Jennie); and her husband Joe Vacheresse. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Dunn (Thad) and Carol Goodick (Stan); her grandchildren, Druhan, Alauryn Dunn, Matthew and Eric Goodick; her brothers, Winston Johnson (Marie) of Moncton, Brian Johnson (Leslie) of Moncton and Jim Johnson (Anne) of Moncton; and her aunts, Bessie Cote and Georgie Hughes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the H. W. Angus Funeral Home (256 King St, New Glasgow, NS B2H4X8). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Angus Funeral Home (256 King St, New Glasgow, NS B2H4X8).
