He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield MacKenzie (Betty Walsh) and Anna MacKenzie (Fraser). He is survived by: his brother Earl; his sons, Michael and Ryan; his sister Carolyn Dee (Alan); his niece Angela; and his nephew Steven (Therese). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
