He is survived by: his wife Elga Brownrigg (Ellis); his children, Lori MacKay, Cori Bennett (Bob) and Ron Brownrigg (Terry); his sister Jo-Lynn Murray (Herbie); his sister-in-law Sharron Pellegrino (John); his grandchildren, Tim Brownrigg (Bianka), Evan Brownrigg (Hannah), Claire MacKay, Ellie MacKay, Dustin Bowron (Naomi) and Miranda Bowron (Victoria); and his great grandchildren, Julian Brownrigg and Avery Bowron.
Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society of Canada , the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Palliative care Society.
