He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronica O'Neill and Patton O'Neill; his wife Charlene; his children, Adam (Sabrina), Sam (Jenna) and Lacey (Jeremy); and his grandchildren, Damon (Adam), Madelynn (Lacey) and Averi (Sam).
He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen O'Neill and Sharon O'Neill. He is also survived by extended family, nieces, nephews, and friends.
