With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Colleen Marilyn Shirley Carol MacDonald of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 24, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Helen Vera Elizabeth McDonald; her grandchildren, Opie and Remi; her parent Domi (Cleo); her son Gerry Turnbull (Wendi); her grandchildren, Xenia, Emma and Adam of Kelowna, B. C.; her daughter Amanda MacDonald (Gary); her grandchildren, Meagan, Wesley and Riverton; her son Christopher "Chris" MacDonald (Bedford); her brother Eric MacDonald (Joan); her close friend Janet Lucas; and her sisters, Sharon "Sissy" McDonald and Linda Tessier. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
