He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Donald and Sue Ferguson Braniff (MacNeil); his brother Scott "Moosie" Braniff; and his brother-in-law James Albert Guthro. He is survived by: his wife Velma Lambert; his children, Tammi Braniff (Matt Ritchie), Tim Braniff (Jennifer), Sylvester, Ryan Parsons (Presley) and Loch Broom; his grandchildren, Duncan and Dale Braniff; and his siblings, Monique Gouthro, Michelle Johnson and Shane (Cynthia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
