She was predeceased by: her parent Peter Mae; her son Michael Todd; her sister Lillian; her siblings-in-law, Ronald King and Gloria King; her parent-in-law Robert King; and also Jen King.

She is survived by: her parent Annie Mae (MacNeil); her son Darryl Robert of Halifax; her siblings, Maureen MacDonald (Robert) of Sydney River and Peter (Brenda) of Sydney; her brothers-in-law, Wayne River (Barb), Kentville River, John River (Linda) and Sydney River; and also Chuppa of Sydney.

Donations in memory of Bev may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the SPCA or to the Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation.
