Bertha Johnston Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha Johnston (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 8, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Blair Bannerman and May Bannerman (Donaldson); her husband William Donald Johnston; and her siblings, Donelda White (Frank) and Sandy Bannerman (Ramona).

She is survived by: her significant other Gloria Munro; her sons, Lee (Wendy) and Fred (Rita); her grandson Craig (Jennifer Cook); her children, Finlay, Alec of Toronto, ON and Adam (Leeann); her grandson Reilly of Charlottetown, PEI; and her friend Carl Carrigan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
