With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alvin Sinclair (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), born in Isaacs Harbour, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2024. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Sinclair and Lucy Sinclair (Vinton); his wife Reta; his son David; and his siblings, Elizabeth, Edith, William, George and Marshall.
He is survived by : his children, Barry and Bridget Drane (Brad); his sister Fanny; his daughter-in-law Ellen; and his grandchildren, Nick, Andrew, Carla, Sara, Mitchell and Heidi. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Donations in Alvin's memory can be made to the Abercrombie Cemetery or charity of choice.
