He was predeceased by: his parent George William; his wife Iris Gwendolyn Foote (Church); and his siblings, Emeline Oulton and Fred Foote. He is survived by: his parent Mary Foote (Randall); his children, Ann Foote (Jason Roy) and Stephen Foote (Vivian Soetikno); his grandchildren, Albert Foote, Ernest Foote, Christopher Harper and Alexander Harper; his sister Alice McKinley of Penniac, N. B.; and also, Merigomish and Markham.
Donations may be made in Albert's memory to St. Paul's Presbyterian Church or Merigomish Cemetery.
