He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jollotta and Margaret Jollotta; his brothers, Johnny and Wayne Jollotta; his niece Jonette M. Jollotta Linthorne; and his nephew John Wayne Jollotta.
He is survived by: his close friend Rhonda Zilkie; his brother Brad Jollota; and his nieces, Cindy Jollotta Skinner, Helen Jollota Odo and Angela Jollota. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
