She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Veinot and Bessie Veinot (Wagner); her sister Venita Naas (Moyle); her husband Theodore MacKay; her sister Marlene; her brother-in-law Eugene MacKay; her brother Merle; and her half-brother Murray Ellwood.
She is survived by: her close friend Douglas Lowe; her brother Sherman; her children, Charlene (Tim), Todd, Trevor and Sheldon (Janette); her grandsons, Daniel MacKay and Anthony Lowe; and her great grandchild Gaven Lowe.
No flowers by request. Instead memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Red Cross Society, Union Square Cemetery or a charity of your choice.
