She was predeceased by: her parent John R. Parlo; and her grandparents, Fred Kahler, Alice Kahler, Angelo Parlo and Josephine Parlo (D'Antonio).
She is survived by: her parent Helen R. Parlo (Kahler); her husband Dale Wayne Penney; her sisters, Jacqueline Kirkland (Paul) of Somerville, Massachusetts and Valerie Parlo of Somerville, Massachusetts; her nieces, Jennifer Kirkland (Michael Daigle) and Stacey Kirkland; her great-niece Meckenzie; and her close friends, Wade Veinot and Tracey Veinot.
