He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Baker and Stella Baker (Jennex); his stepmother Elise; and his stepsister Joan. He is survived by: his siblings, Ivan (Dot), Donnie (Terri), Jack (Marian), Phyllis, Leila (Charlie) and Sandy; his children, Wendy (Raymond) and Tommie (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Shianne, Megan, Chelsey, Emily, Brandy, Brittney, Jessica and Brady; and his wife Carolyn Olive Stevens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Red Cross.
