We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2023, at the age of 97, Sarah Elizabeth O'Neil-DeCoste (Mulgrave, Nova Scotia), born in Sydney, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Joseph and Mary Catherine O'Donnell (MacDonald); her husbands, Ignatius "Nash" O'Neil and Bernard DeCoste; her children, Michael Allan, Phillip (Noel), Catherine (Neil) and Anthony (Heather); and her siblings, Patsy (Frank), Raymond, Florence and Jim.
She is survived by: her children, Sean (Debbie), Gerald (Cecelia), Raymond (Carol), Lawrence (Denise), Moira (Clarey), Cormack, Bernard (Sun Ae), Francis (Patricia), Dennis (Veronica) and Adrian (Jacquie); her sister Phyllis O; and her nephew DeCoste. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mulgrave and Area Resting Place or the Palliative Care Unit at St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish.
