She was predeceased by: her parents, David Sutherland and Alice Sutherland (Banfield); her husband William Hemmings; and her siblings, Russell, Fred, Raymond, Alex, George and Fairlie.
She is survived by: her son William Jr.; her grandchildren, Tammy (Carl), Toby (Victor) and Tracey (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Jordan, Kristian, Haleigh, Brooklyn and Jorja; her great great grandchildren, Kayden, Liam and Addalyn; her siblings, Ruth MacDonald and Farrell (Betty Ann); and her sisters-in-law, Irene Shaw (Cecil) and Evelyn Sutherland (George). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
