She was predeceased by: her parents, Willoughby Digdon and Marie Digdon (Dawe) of Mulgrave, NS.; and her son Troy. She is survived by: her son Shane Mackay; her grandchildren, Christopher, James, Logan and Samantha of Lethbridge, AB; her son Jay Mackay (Shelly); her grandchildren, Kaleigh and Kelton of Charlottetown, P. E. I.; her brother Bill Digdon of Amherst, NS; and her nephews, Will and David.
She sought to help those who were less fortunate in the world through direct donations, or donations to the Salvation Army.
