He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Williams and Elma Williams (Taylor); his significant other Gladys Williams (Deveau); his brothers, Roy, Taylor and Don; and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen and Vivian.

He is survived by: his children, Wayne Williams (Cindy), John Williams, Donald Williams (Randi) and April Pettipas (Michael); his grandchildren, Courtney (Tom), Candace (Marc), Leah (Al), Mitchell (Katie), Shawn (Kim), Brennan, Will (Rhea), Alexander and Erika; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Hazel, Jaxon and Baby Williams; his siblings, Arthur and Anne-Marie Tibbo (Gerald) of Squamish, BC; and his grandchild Cape Breton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
