She is survived by: her father Bud Lively; her husband David Turnbull; her brother Craig Lively Beaverbank (Christine); and her nieces and nephews, Alexander, Austin, William, Jake, Terry, Charles, Dylan, Krista, Chantel and Faith. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and in laws.
