She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Isaac and Barbara Isaac (Lukow); her former husband David Cook (Terry Gidney); and her brother-in-law Jerry. She is survived by: her children, Barbara and Peter Farah (Tammy); her granddaughter Paige Farah (Jordan); her great grandchild Jaxson; and her siblings, Frank (Gert), Wilfred, Katherine "Kitty" (Art), Wilda, Rita (Philip) and Charles "Chuck" (Laura Lee). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and first husband and father of her children.
